COMMUNITY FEES: There are community fees (for a temporary membership) that are required by the community to access the gated community. There is also a minimum of 2 days advanced booking & registration. Please provide info listed below immediately if you are booking within 7 days. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties. These fees are not based on amenities and must be paid 5 days prior to arrival. SUMMER RATES May 22nd through Sept 5th: $8.50 per person per day (only for 6 yrs olds & older) Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle 1 -Transaction Fee: $20 Off SEASON RATES: $2 per person per day (only for 6 yrs olds & older) Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle 1 -Transaction Fee: $20 Changes to the reservation will result in a $20 change fee must be made 7 days in advance. Within 3 days of reservation, no changes or refunds are available. Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group. ALL RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO FIREWORKS ON PROPERTY. Any group booking this rental must be accompanied by at least one person 25 years of age or older. All guests staying under the age of 18 must be accompanied my a parent or legal guardian or have written consent from your guardian. 2 Sit on Top Kayaks may be borrowed as long as you show us a picture of the kayaks, paddles, life vests returned to their storage spot before leaving. You will be charge for replacing paddles, kayaks, and or live vests. Owners do not take any responsibility for your safety. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like to use them, please contact me! :-) Pets allowed: Dogs only at owners discretion (no puppies, no dogs that chew or destroy possessions, no dogs on furniture). $75 pet fee. $250 penalty if any remains are found on property. All feces must be removed from the property and disposed of. Use dog bags while here and all dogs must remain on leash at all times in the community. NO CATS or other animals of any kind. We will need to get information from you to start the registration process with Arrowhead Lake Community. The registration fee is non-refundable. The Fees will be added once we receive information from you: Number of total guests, # of guests over the age of 5, # of vehicles, (Advanced registration is required - 3 days prior to stay and no changes can be made within the 3 day period.) If not paid they will NOT let you in. -Upon arrival you will have to go to main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. They are open 24/7 If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. For security purposes we have a Blink camera at the entrance & rear of property (exterior only). This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when we have no renters. The cameras will be turned off during your stay unless we are watching for winter storms and need to arrange for plowing services, etc.
