COMMUNITY FEES: There are community fees (for a temporary membership) that are required by the community to access the gated community. There is also a minimum of 3 days advanced booking & registration. Please provide info listed below immediately if you are booking within 7 days. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties. These fees are not based on amenities and must be paid 5 days prior to arrival. SUMMER RATES May 22nd through Sept 5th: $8.50 per person per day (only for 6 yrs olds & older) Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle 1 -Transaction Fee: $20 Off SEASON RATES: $2 per person per day (for 6 yrs olds & older) Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle 1 -Transaction Fee: $20 Changes to the reservation will result in a $20 change fee must be made 7 days in advance. You will be charge for replacing paddles, kayaks, and or live vests. Owners do not take any responsibility for your safety. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like to use them, please contact me! :-) Pets allowed: Dogs only at owners discretion (no puppies, no dogs that chew, dig into furniture or rugs, or destroy possessions. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds). $75 pet fee. $250 penalty if any remains are found on property. All feces must be removed from the property and disposed of. Use dog bags while here and all dogs must remain on leash at all times in the community. NO CATS or other animals of any kind. For security purposes we have Blink camera at the entrance & rear of property (exterior only). This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when we have no renters. The cameras will be turned off during your stay unless we are watching for winter storms and need to arrange for plowing services, etc. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Guest Access

Guests have full access to the first and second floors, except for two owner-only closets. Enjoy the spacious deck equipped with a living room and dining set—perfect for relaxation. Please note, our property is strictly non-smoking. For cozy evenings, there's a solo stove with outdoor adorindack chairs. The shed (well stocked with beach chairs & umbrella, life-vests, floaties, corn hole, etc) is available for storing your bikes or equipment, and you’re welcome to borrow items from it, just kindly return them after use.

The chalet was perfect for our group of 7 on a lil ski getaway. Joelle and Peter were very responsive from the time we booked until we checked out. I’m sure it’s even better in the warmer weather when you can take advantage of the beautiful lake and the other amenities. We would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joelle's place. The house said everything we needed. It was very clean and I love the way it was decorated. It's a great place to take your bikes and ride close to the lake and very quiet. We would definitely go again.

Find us

Our community is a great place to walk, bike, hike, and explore. One of my favorite ways to get around is on the lake in a kayak! There's a rental shack that's open in the summer season at the "Island Pool" that rents kayaks, canoes, bikes, and paddle boards so there's plenty of variety to chose from. We have 2 kayaks you can use at Beach 3 which is only 1/3 of a mile down the road. Our community encompasses 1900 acres and has 41 miles of roads so you can explore for days! In the evening why not take a sunset stroll right in front of our house and watch the sunset over the lake. You can also rent a golf cart from Pocono Mountain Sports during your stay!
